She has been associated and worked with a number of NGOs and government institutions in Nepal and India such as Human Rights Forum Nepal, Namsaling Community Development Center (Ilam), District Development Committee (Ilam), Deccan Development Society (Andhra Pradesh, India), WOREC Nepal and so on.
Her working areas are primarily Women Empowerment, Gender Issues, Human Rights, Ecological Agriculture and Community Development. Besides, she possesses extensive working experiences with volunteers. She has been travelled to Singapore, Phillipines, Thailand, Sri Lanka and India.
